This page is about this website: what we measure, what happens to anything you send, and who to ask about it.

What this site measures

We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool, to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets no cookies, it cannot follow you to other websites, and it never tells us who you are — only that a visit happened.

Cloudflare serves this website and, on our current plan, also runs its own Real User Measurement on every page. That records how quickly pages load rather than anything about you personally. We did not add it, and we are switching it off.

Ordering and delivery

This site takes no orders and no payments. Toast and DoorDash links hand you to third-party systems with their own privacy rules. We never receive or store anything you type there.

Job applications

The form on our careers page asks for your name, phone, the position and your availability, and you can add an email, a start date and a note. This site's own code on Cloudflare checks the form and keeps no copy. It passes your application to an outside delivery service, along with the owners' email and a phone number for text alerts. If that service is not connected or does not answer, the form tells you it did not send and asks you to call, and your application goes nowhere.

Asking us about your information

Call or visit and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no form to fill in.
